Start with your expectations
Each take a moment to note what you would like to understand. You can then choose two or three questions to discuss together. You do not need to have a fully defined plan already.
To start the conversation: what interests you about this programme? How would you like this preparation to fit into your daily life? What would you like to hear from Amélie before committing?
Understand the format
The programme includes five sessions of 2½ hours for one couple: 12½ hours of support in total. The complete package costs a fixed €800. It is offered by video call and in person in Brive-la-Gaillarde, Corrèze, France.
Explore the five stages of the programme and note which ones raise questions. You can discuss preparing as a couple, the practices introduced and the materials that accompany the sessions.
Explore the five sessionsDiscuss practical arrangements together
Before the conversation, compare your availability and your preferred format. The aim is to identify what you need to discuss, without setting a schedule that has not yet been agreed.
- Which times might work for both partners?
- Would you prefer video calls or in-person sessions in Brive?
- What practical information do you still need to plan ahead?
Keep your practical questions at hand
You can ask how appointments are arranged, how the materials are introduced and which terms apply to the package. If something is unclear, note it down so you can return to it before making a decision.
The first contact offered in Amélie’s calendar is a free thirty-minute telephone conversation. It allows you to get to know each other and ask questions about the programme.
